1. Enquire

2. We get in touch
You'll be assigned a project manager with the right experience for your requirements. They will call or email you, depending on how you prefer to communicate, and give you a ballpark cost range so you know it fits your budget.
3. Site visit
Once we understand the basics, your project manager will visit you on site to understand the specifics, draw up a plan of action and provide a firm quotation.
4. Installation
With budget, timelines, access and contract agreed, our professional and dedicated team of installers will carry out the installation.
5. Commissioning
At the end of the installation, we'll book you in for time to learn what you need to know about operating and maintaining your new or integrated system.
6. Ongoing support
Whether or not we are looking after the ongoing maintenance for you, we want to stay in touch and will always answer any further requirements. The relationships we build with our customers are vital to our business, and we keep our customers by providing outstanding service.
